Our thanks to all who attended Planning Challenge 2016, and to our fantastic speakers.
Planning Challenge is one of our flagship annual events, dedicated to planning and workforce optimisation. The event welcomes some of the most experienced and insightful speakers and leaders within the Contact Centre Industry in Wales to share their knowledge with delegates.
We’re keen to ensure that delegates get the most of the event as possible, so each year we design the day’s agenda to cover a wide range of topics. Areas covered by Planning Challenge events in the past have included:
