Quarterly Employers' Forums
The Welsh Contact Centre Forum holds regular events where members can listen to presentations on various topics affecting the industry, participate in discussions, and meet with other members over coffee. These popular networking events are always well-received, and provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to keep up-to-date with current best practice and developments, and connect with others within the contact centre industry.
2017 event dates: 19th January, 6th April, 13th July, 19th October.
These events are free for all members to attend. Contact centre members are welcome to bring up to four delegates.
Non-members are welcome - a charge of £99 + VAT per delegate applies.
