Best Recruiter & People Solutions

This award is open to companies who offer recruitment services to contact centres based in Wales and the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries should present a recruitment campaign/strategy which demonstrates the positive attraction of contact centre staff and in conjunction with the client brief. Entries should include evidence of: Techniques for sourcing candidates, pre-employment screening techniques, candidate assessment activity and retention outcomes. 

Funded Training (ILM, Apprenticeships funded by Government Services)

This award is open to training providers who deliver funded training services to contact centres based in Wales and the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries should reflect the training campaigns undertaken to support the contact centre industry in the respective region. Particular interest will be paid to a programme which has enabled ‘hard to reach’ candidates into the industry as will those submitted that reflect the development of key skills within the industry.

Bespoke Training

This award is open to training providers who deliver bespoke training services to contact centres based in Wales and the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate a bespoke training campaign which has been undertaken to achieve the contact centre client’s business needs. All business areas can be included in this category. Entries should include the methods of training undertaken and evidence of the return on investment in terms of the enhanced productivity and improvement of personnel skills. 

Voice (Analytics, Call Recording, IVR)

This award is open to companies who are vendors of Voice Analytics/IVR and Call recording to the contact centre industry in Wales and or the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate where this technology has been used to business benefit. Entries should reflect the business need and how this has been positively addressed by the respective implementation of this technology. Clear evidence of the return on investment in terms of the improvement to the customer journey and operational productivity should accompany the entry.

Workforce Management

This award is open to companies who are vendors of Work Force Management (WFM) solutions to the contact centre industry and or in Wales and the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate where this technology has been used to business benefit. Entries should reflect the business need and how this has been positively addressed by the respective implementation of this technology. Clear evidence of the return on investment in terms of the improvement to the customer journey and operational productivity should accompany the entry.

Consultancy

This award is open to consultancy companies or individuals who offer consultancy services to the contact centre industry in Wales and or the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate projects or services undertaken specifically addressing the business needs of a contact centre client. Entries should reflect the client brief and how the consultancy positively addressed such. Clear evidence of the return on investment must accompany the entry.

Integrated Contact Centre Solutions

This award is open to companies who offer integrated contact centre solutions to include voice, text, mobile web and social integrated solutions and can also include cloud based hosting, financial systems, environmental systems, and other technical solutions to the contact centre industry in Wales and or the South West of England. 

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate where solutions have been used to business benefit. Entries should reflect the business need and how this has been positively addressed by the respective solution implementation. Clear evidence of the return on investment in terms of the improvement post implementation, should accompany the entry.

Outsource (BPO providers)

This award is open to companies who offers outsource/ BPO solutions to a business in Wales and or the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate the company approach and ethos to providing services and solutions to the client business benefit. Entries should reflect campaigns and service provision which clearly demonstrate how the client brief has been positively addressed and delivered by the respective solution implementation. Clear evidence of the return on investment in terms of customer journey, job creation, people development and technical development and implementation should accompany the entry.

Built Environment

This award is open to companies whose services include project planning, office development, design and refurbishment, in particular, innovative space planning for 21st century working environments to the contact centre industry in Wales and or the South West of England. 

Criteria: Entries will demonstrate the company approach and ethos to providing services and solutions to the client business benefit. Entries should reflect campaigns and service provision which clearly demonstrate how the client brief has been positively addressed and delivered by the respective solution implementation. Clear evidence of the return on development should accompany the entry. 

Virtual & Home Working Solutions

This award is open to companies who offer virtual and home working solutions to contact centre clients based in Wales and or the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries should demonstrate how such solution delivers the contact centre client with the necessary agility and flexibility to their respective business along with the business advantages gained by such solution. The entry should also detail the associated implementation and data security requirements. Clear evidence of the return on development should accompany the entry.

Industry Benchmarking

This award is open to companies who offer benchmarking services (net promoter, C Stat, Mystery Shopping, Industry trends and data) to contact centres based in Wales and or the South West of England.

Criteria: Entries should include a detailed description of the service offered, the associated business intelligence gained from the respective service or product. It should also include an overview of how such service brings direct business benefits and return on investment. Entries should also detail the associated implementation and data security requirements. Clear evidence of the return on development should accompany the entry.
