A joint initiative with the South West Contact Centre Forum, Top 50 Team Leaders is a day dedicated to celebrating and developing the skills of the region’s best Team Leaders, with workshops involving influential speakers offering an invaluable insight into the future of the industry.
The event is updated and refined each year to give the best possible value to attendees. Previous year’s itineraries have included:
