The Welsh Contact Centre Forum represents members from across the industry in Wales. As such, we offer two types of membership, both tailored to provide the best possible benefits to their respective industry areas.

Industry Associates and Providers
Associate Membership gives suppliers and stakeholders the opportunity to be a part of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum, a market worth in excess of £400m to the Welsh economy. This membership also gives you an opportunity to network at a high level in a low cost manner. All members receive a range of products and services designed to add value to their business.
Why should you join?
- Annual Membership of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum is only £549+vat for a business with ten or fewer employees and £999+vat for more than ten employees. If you are a single consultant or a charity the cost is only £249+vat.
- You will be invited to attend four Business Seminar meetings through the year, where you will also enjoy networking opportunities over coffee and a buffet lunch
- Access to the Members area of the website
- Listing on our website , including a brief description of your products and service
- We will distribute 2 marketing e-mails a year
