The Forum offers support and expertise by providing a variety of events, such as our team leader round tables, quarterly forums, employers seminars and our annual awards. When it comes to networking, our quarterly forums deserve a special mention here – they’re designed to allow members to catch up with each other and the latest developments in the industry. They’re the cornerstone of much of what we do, and they’re a firm favourite among our members when it comes to sharing best practice.
2. Flexible memberships
The Forum has a high number of members from across the entire contact centre industry; suppliers are welcome, as are other support companies and, of course, contact centres themselves. To recognise our range of members, we offer two different forms of membership - associate members and contact centre members. The former is for suppliers to the industry, the latter being for the contact centres themselves. Both types of membership are tailored to fit members, offering the most relevant benefits to the most relevant groups.

The WCCF provides discounts to members on key annual whitepapers; comprehensive, authoritative documents compiled collaboratively by leading industry experts. These papers are highly valuable, providing up-to-date information and figures on a range of industry areas. These papers are usually extremely expensive to obtain; our members are able to access them free of charge via a members-only section of our website.
4. Round tables
These more intimate meetings are specifically for contact centre members. They allow for in depth discussion of special interest topics and industry trends. 5. The WCCF Awards
Our glittering, glamorous awards ceremonies – referred to as ‘the call centre Oscars’ by Channel 4 legend Alan Carr when he hosted the night in 2014 – are a major industry event. They recognise the absolute best in the industry, in a variety of categories designed to showcase all aspects of contact centres and surrounding support companies. The event is always hosted by a top celebrity, whose identity is a closely guarded secret up until the night itself. Furthermore, Associate members receive a discount on entry and attendance.
