Finalists Announced for the UK’s First Contact Centre Supplier Awards

Finalists have been announced for the Wales and South West Contact Centre Supplier Awards, the first event of its kind in the UK.

Organised by the Welsh and South West Contact Centre Forums, the CCS Awards will offer recognition and reward for the vital contribution suppliers make in ensuring the growth of the contact centre industry and improving performance. The Awards are split across 8 Categories, spanning a range of supplier roles from rectruitment agencies to technology providers.

‘Picking the finalists has not been an easy task,’ says Sandra Busby, Managing Director of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum.

‘The extremely high quality of the entries we received reflects the passion that suppliers in Wales and the South West have for the contact centre industry. The work of suppliers helps drive everything from bespoke training to the technological advances that help us connect with our customers better than ever before.’

‘We’re very excited to have this opportunity, for the first time, to formally recognise that contribution.’

The full list of finalists is as follows:

Best Recruiter and People Solutions

The finalists will be honoured and the winners announced at a lunchtime ceremony at the Celtic Manor Resort on Friday 6th May 2016, hosted by former bmibaby Managing Director, David Bryon. David’s unique style blends practical, seasoned business advice with relatable anecdotes from across his long and varied career.

The event will be attended by the boards of the Wales & South West Contact Centre Forums, making it a key opportunity to showcase the best vendors have to offer to industry decision-makers. Winners will also be showcased at a forthcoming Quarterly Forum event in Wales & South West.
